Kimberly Anderson-Matich has surrounded herself with experienced and talented people with decades of experience in the security field. College seminars in security technology, industrial security training, and her involvement in ASIS International, formerly known as the American Society for Industrial Security, have enhanced her success as well as her talent in public relations.
She has served on the Board of Directors of Silent Witness and Goodwill Industries; she is a past Secretary and Treasurer of the Phoenix Chapter of ASIS and serves on the ASIS National Security Services Council. Ms. Matich has been selected as the ASIS Phoenix Chapter’s Security Professional of the Year, she has won a Community Service Award from the North Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and she was selected by AZ Business Magazine as one of the Most Influential Women of 2016. Her most recent awards are the Patriots Shield Award and the WBE Supplier of the Year – Class 3. She is currently serving on the Executive Committee for the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau.
Dan Saban is the former owner of The Saban Group, LLC, an ASU Graduate (Bachelor Science degree, Cum Laude and Dean’s List), NAU Graduate (Master’s Degree, Summa Cum Laude), and an award-winning visionary law enforcement professional with more than 35 years of public, private, and international sector experience in policing and management.
Dan’s solid reputation as a distinguished public safety leader led to his selection by the Town of Buckeye in 2005 to serve as its Police Chief. While in Buckeye, he transformed and reshaped, a growing department, raising the standards of professionalism, trust, respect, and performance, while creating long lasting and very successful public/private partnerships.
Dan is married with four children and five grandchildren. He and his wife, Beth, reside in the Desert Hills area north of Phoenix with their youngest son, two rescue dogs, and various other ‘critters.’
Robert is our Chief Operation Officer. He has a longstanding, distinguished reputation as an exceptional leader in the security industry and is well-known for his ability to transform, reshape, and raise the standard of professionalism, trust, respect, and performance of those that work with and for him; all while creating lasting successful, and integral relationships with clients and associates. Robert is an energetic and progressive visionary with more than 25 years of experience in the field of Security in management, operations, preparedness, strategies, policies, risk management, local and federal governmental guidelines, laws, and regulations.
He is a graduate of Anthem University with a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and additional and continuing education with Grossmont College, San Diego Police Academy, Executive Protection Service Academy, AMA Internal Investigation and OSHA, ASIS CPP training, and various FEMA, Homeland Security trainings.
Robert resides in Phoenix, Arizona, has been married for 27 years and has three grown children. He is a committed Servant Leader dedicating his efforts to his family, community, and those in need (volunteering locally and globally).
Rick is a retired CPA and former Regional Managing Partner of CliftonLarsonAllen (formerly Clifton Gunderson). Rick Graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Accountancy. Rick has earned several accommodations over his career including Partner of the Year, Arizona CPA Society Lifetime Achievement Award, and Executive of the Year from the Executive Association of Greater Phoenix. Rick is currently the Treasurer of Pinnacle Peak Country Club and Treviso Homeowners Association. Rick also serves on the Ronald McDonald House Board and is the Chair of the Audit Committee.
Bonnie brings over 30 years of accounting knowledge and experience to Anderson Security. Bonnie began her career in security in 1984 when she worked for Mr. Howard Anderson, Sr. at Continental Security Guards in the Valley. Bonnie oversees the accounting staff that has given Anderson a leading edge from the financial standpoint. Bonnie works closely with our operation and sales staff insuring our current and potential clients are receiving the best cost cutting advantages we can offer while maintaining the superior customer service our clients have come to expect. Bonnie is involved in the day-to-day operations and works closely with Mrs. Matich to ensure the company celebrates continued financial stability and growth.
