Debbie Anderson
Executive Vice President
Debbie Anderson joined Anderson Security Agency, Ltd. in 1985. During her employment through 1989 she worked and gained her experience as an accountant, Chief Dispatcher, Director of Security, and finally the Director of the Training Academy. She joined Security Bureau, Inc., which later became Wells Fargo Guard Service, as an Assistant Personnel Specialist. Her objective at Anderson Security Agency, Ltd. is to help build the most professional security organization of its kind with well-trained and qualified personnel. She is a member of the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, BOMA, Arizona Contractors Association, and has served as Secretary with ASIS.

Howard P. Anderson, Jr.
Senior Vice President/Senior Advisor
Howard Anderson, Jr. gained his experience in the security industry by working at one of the largest security organizations in the southwest. He acquired his experience in alarms, central station, patrol, courier, and armored car service. Howard founded the Anderson Agency, Ltd. in 1977 and established a professional program in training, supervision and client communications. His concept was to create a security agency that mirrored all modern security concepts. His efforts brought about great success in building the only true professional security firm in the State of Arizona. In 1989 Howard sold his company and retired. He has since joined the team at Anderson Security Agency, Ltd. and serves as the Senior Vice President and Senior Security Advisor. His expertise in the security industry brings a great deal to the company.

Sheri Anderson Klonowski
Executive Assistant
Sheri Anderson Klonowski joined the Anderson Agency, Ltd. in 1986 where she gained experience in the industry working part time while attending high school. She graduated from Arizona State University in 1992 with a Bachelor's Degree in Family Resources and Human Development. Sheri worked two years for First Interstate Bank while continuing her education in Court Reporting School. She then worked for Maricopa County Superior Court for two years before joining Anderson Security Agency, Ltd.

Christina Duffey, CPP
Vice President/General Manager
Ms. Duffey has over 15 years of security management experience in commercial, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and corporate campus environments. During her career in security, Ms. Duffey has held numerous positions from security officer to executive leadership in operations, new business development, and risk management. She has been responsible for Field Security Operations, Client Satisfaction, Policy Development, Business Continuity Planning, and Strategic Partnerships for a Chicago-based family owned business as well as an international security services provider and technology vendor. In her role as Vice President and General Manager, Ms. Duffey directly oversees operations, sales, and administration for the uniformed officer division.
Ms. Duffey has earned an undergraduate degree from DePaul University in Commerce and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Keller Graduate School of Management. She has achieved significant professional education in executive leadership, crisis management, and strategy. In addition, to her expertise in security operations, she holds the professional designation of Certified Protection Professional (CPP) with ASIS International and has been appointed by the Association President to serve a two-year term on the Professional Certification Board in 2007/2008. She is an active leader in industry and professional associations.

Mary Beth O’Neal
Assistant Vice President – Sales and Marketing
Mary Beth O’Neal joined Anderson in April, 2007. Mrs. O’Neal has held numerous positions in the security industry over the past 18 years, including Sales, Operations and Corporate Security Management.

Angie Weishaar
Assistant Vice President – Accounting and Finance
Angie Weishaar joined Anderson in May, 2007 and brings over 15 years of Accounting/Finance experience with her along with expertise and leadership skills she gained in the service and manufacturing industries. Angie graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Administration.

Terry West
Director of Operations
Mr. West joined Anderson Security, LTD. in May of 2007. Terry has been involved in contract security operations for 20years Since 1987 and prior to Anderson Security, he held positions including Operations Manager, Security Director, Branch Manager and District Manager for two regional and two national contract security firms. Terry is currently responsible for the daily operations and supervises Scheduling, Field Operations and Dispatch. Mr. West is a native of Arizona and attended Phoenix College. He served in the United States Air Force and is a Vietnam Veteran.

Howard P. Anderson, Sr.
Howard Anderson, Sr. organized his first security guard service company at the age of 21. In 1956, he began Arizona State Guard and Detective Agency, which later became known as Continental Security Guards. Under Mr. Andersen's guidance, Continental Security Guards became the largest, most diversified security firm in Arizona and had offices through major U.S. cities in addition to its Phoenix headquarters. Mr. Anderson has been an active member of the Young President's Organization (YPO), the American Society for Industrial Security, the National Fire and Burglar Alarm Association, and the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. He holds multiple ratings in aircraft and helicopter training. Mr. Anderson serves as an advisor and consultant to Anderson Security Agency, Ltd., which houses the H.P. Anderson, Sr. Private Security Museum. The corporate headquarters building was also dedicated to Mr. Anderson by his daughter and the founder of Anderson Security Agency, Ltd., Kimberly Anderson-Matich.

Elizabeth Anderson
Elizabeth Anderson began her career in the security industry in 1956 with Arizona State Guard and Detective Agency, which later became Continental Security Guards. She was involved in the handling of security in 27 states including Panama and Puerto Rico for the FAA. Mrs. Anderson was also involved in public relations in coordinating the activities for hotel seminars for the National Fire and Burglar Alarm Association, and the Arizona Chapter of the American Society for Industrial Security. Her responsibilities also included holding open houses for government dignitaries and press conferences with the local media. In 1978, Mrs. Anderson associated herself with the Anderson Agency, Ltd. as the Executive Vice President. She is a native of Arizona where she attended Phoenix College and majored in Business Administration. Mrs. Anderson serves as advisor to Anderson Security Agency, Ltd. The Executive Board Room at the corporate headquarters building was dedicated to Mrs. Anderson by her daughter, Kimberly Anderson-Matich.
